Round 3 Recap

The Birdman flies high through violent winds!! Robin Freeman shot a final round best, 68, to win the Gunfight @ the Duke amid 35 mile an hour gusts. The wind from day two was made to look like a spring breeze compared to the turbulence felt on Thursday.

Fueled by the weather, the Duke proved to be a difficult challenge after yielding extremely low scores in round 1. This was Freeman's first win on tour and comes on the heels of back-to-back second place finishes. 

The tour now hits the road for Houston and looks forward to seeing all the players back in action at the Wilderness Golf Club.
